I have worked with over 50 banks at different consulting levels such as: conducting CRM assessments, implementation & roll-out management, mentoring and assisting with process development to help banks better utilize their CRM technology.I have worked with banks ranging in size from $93 Million in assets to $8.4 Billion.My main objective with every client is to accurately assess the company and their needs and apply proper training, education and consulting to maximize ROI and success with the CRM and other business processes within the organization.

Managed the development, customization, integration, roll-out, training and implementation of the CRM system.Responsible for all CRM functions including: Incentive plan management, Incidents for status change requests, Activities used for contact management, Reporting for analytics, Pipeline to manage sales, lead management, Marketing module to create campaigns queried to specific customer criteria.

Organized the start-up of the branch including: hiring & training staff, operations and compliance, vendors, community networking, grand opening, etc.Managed the daily operations of the branch including: lending, product sales, customer service and the performance of employees.

Organized the start-up of a de novo On-Site Corporate Branch. Responsible for all aspects of HR Management (Recruitment, Hiring, Performance Reviews, developing Action Plans and Exit Interviews).

Managed one of the largest US Bank branches in the Twin Cities grossing $86.9 million in Deposits. Lead team of 25 employees to attain all sales quotas achieving #1 ranking in District of 15 Bank Branches. Capitalized consumer lending to increase balance growth $4.3 million in new market development.
