I am 21 years old and I am seeking Full-Time employment. I have just moved to the Gold Coast from Tasmania. I am currently employed remotely at Spectrum Car Paints, a statewide business with branches in Hobart and Launceston. Working here has helped me gain confidence in my leadership skills as well as strong communication skills, both verbal and written. I strive to ensure customers are utterly happy with the service and experience they received while I am working. In previous employment I have been de- scribed as a friendly, hardworking and reliable person. I work well alongside others and enjoy working as part of a team. I use my own initiative and adapt well to any challenges. Due to my experience in customer service, I have gained a sound under- standing of how to communicate with customers both respectively and effectively to ensure the best possible outcome in any situation. I am eager and willing to learn new processes and procedures. Should any training or relevant courses be required for this position I am more than happy to complete them.
