On top of the school social work programme, ran an additional service for the community during trying times. Run a helpline called Hear4U - a service created during the circuit breaker period, catered to Singaporeans and migrant workers so that they have a space to seek advice and express their concerns on emotional and mental issues. Offer a listening ear and emotional support to Singaporeans and migrant workers that call the helpline. Provide psychological first aid.
