I direct a hospitality reservations team with up to 30 agents and 2 team leads and am responsible for developing and inspiring teams to improve performance in a way that consistently creates an excellent customer experience and meets company and client guidelines and requirements. I handled escalated calls to diffuse customer complaints and refund requests, and acted as floor support for the call center.
