Space news host, writer, STEAM educator, and NASA Solar System Ambassador based in NYC.With a passion for bringing history and science to life, I have created a number of educational programs on STEAM and history/science/space-related topics, and researched, written, and performed as numerous historical figures at museums across the country. I also currently host a variety of onsite and virtual experiences for the Intrepid Museum, including our Astro Live program and a weekly space news roundup show with NASA Spaceflight (NSF) called "This Week in Spaceflight." (Now also syndicated with the T-Minus Space Podcast!)I love presenting at conferences and have also performed in a number of musicals, films, and theatrical workshops throughout my career. I currently serve as the President of the International Museum Theatre Alliance and am certified through the National Association for Interpretation and the Dramatists Guild. My work has been featured by the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History and as part of the UN's International Day of Women and Girls in Science, as well as on television across the globe.Fun Fact: I have a main-belt asteroid named after me, awarded in honor of winning first place at the International Science Fair!
