Originally from The Bronx, New York, I discovered my love for dance at the tender age of four. My journey began with classical training at a local studio in the Bronx, where I honed my skills and found my true calling. I was fortunate to excel at the renowned Broadway Dance Center in the heart of Manhattan, opening doors to incredible opportunities.At the age of 10, I ventured into the competitive dance world, where I was privileged to receive numerous scholarship awards from esteemed dancers and choreographers, further enriching my dance education.My performances have graced numerous stages across the New York Metro area, with notable highlights including Norwegian Cruise Line, Disney World, and Hershey Park. During my early years, auditions in downtown New York City played a significant role in my life as I worked for a modeling agency. These experiences opened doors to unexpected avenues, such as starring in a music video, being featured in a Scholastic textbook, and winning the title of Miss Princess Model in 1994.In pursuit of my dreams, I made a bold move to Virginia Beach at the age of 19. Since then, I have spent over a decade teaching various dance genres professionally in Hampton Roads. Sharing my knowledge and passion with students has been immensely rewarding, and I am humbled by the opportunity to shape young dancers into confident and skilled performers.Throughout my teaching career, I have choreographed captivating dances that have earned recognition and awards at local competitions and even at Disney World. Notably, I had the honor of contributing to the Grand Illumination Parade in Virginia Beach and Norfolk, as well as conducting Master Classes for NDS at Old Donation School.As a wife and mother of two beautiful children, I understand the significance of providing a safe and nurturing environment for students. In my studio, I have curated a warm and welcoming family atmosphere where dancers can flourish and develop their talents with confidence.My ultimate goal as a studio owner is to build a lasting legacy within the Hampton Roads area and the dance community at large. I am driven by the desire to create legends, empower aspiring dancers, and foster a sense of community and collaboration.
