Provided oversight and management for the State of Oregon collection and reporting of hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers discharge data, healthcare acquire infection data, All Payer All Claims data, and a variety of survey and evaluation activities to better understand the cost, utilization, access, and quality of healthcare trends for the state. Shared and presented key analyses and evaluation findings to senior leadership, the Governor’s Office, Oregon Legislature, researchers, advocacy and lobby groups to support health system planning and policy reform.

Provided leadership in the development, presentation, execution, and management of Oregon Children, Adults, and Families' (CAF) $3.8 billion biennial budget - to provide child welfare, self-sufficiency, and vocational rehabilitation services to needy individuals and families in Oregon.Represented the CAF Division with outside entities including the Oregon Legislature, Legislative Fiscal Office, Governor’s Office, other state agencies, local governmental units, advocacy groups, and service providers on budget matters.Organized, participated, and led numerous organizational transformation initiatives, using the principles of Lean Management and Six Sigma to eliminate waste in all aspects budget and finance operations.

Directed country strategy development, performance reporting, monitoring and evaluation, budgeting/finance, communications, media, and outreach of U.S. Government’s development assistance abroad.
