My deep expertise is in environmental compliance, technology-driven innovation, team leadership and development, and project management in mission-driven organizations. Leading my team with empathy, throughout my career path I have adopted and embraced technology to support and improve the efforts of individuals working in the environmental compliance field. I thrive on leading environmental and tech-focused projects and teams. I feel tremendous fulfillment in mentoring and supporting my team members as they advance in their career paths. A few of my notable achievements: • As Chief Administrative Officer at Call2Recycle, I identified, secured, and migrated the organization to a solution that addresses its payroll and HR gaps, mitigates compliance risks, increases services to staff and decreases our overall annual costs.• I established a NEPA report review tool while at ATC. This enabled my team to decrease FCC NEPA report review time by 50% on average per report, and more quickly identify higher risk reports/sites.• I led environmental compliance review of a $5B acquisition (for American Tower Corporation, encompassing 11,300 sites). I designed, launched, and monitored the team audit initiative. • I built the Project Management Office for MA Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (I obtained, managed $6M+ in annual capital funding for MA Environmental & Energy agencies‘ IT software development and infrastructure projects).• I have achieved a high retention rate throughout my career.
