Summer 2014 and 2015 - Assistant Director. Assisted and supported the Camp Director in staff management, parent communication, material supply, and field trip planning. Planned and facilitated staff training for 14 counselors, activity specialists, and CITs. Planned camp schedules for up to 6 individual camper groups, totaling 120 girls.
