I am the current Board President of Lumiere D'Education, a non-profit organization that provides free education to children in Haiti. In this role, I conduct monthly board meetings, lead planning for our annual fundraising gala, and help promote the organization through social media and other media.

At Optimization Prime, I am in charge of all things content. From website content to social media, I do it all. My priority is to help clients achieve their business goals through digital media. Some of my main tasks include:-Building a cohesive content strategy for each client-Analyzing data to see how content is performing and making adjustments based on findings-Writing SEO-friendly content for client websites-Researching industry trends and best practices to keep up with changes-Determining monthly work calendars for each client-Communicating project updates between internal departments and clientsThe digital marketing industry changes and grows at a fast pace, which means my job is different every day. I love the creative challenges of getting to know a new client or learning how to effectively use a new social platform. Doing my best work means our clients will continue to grow and progress, and that means everything to me.

In addition to managing and updating the various social media accounts for the gym, I also designed a new, more modern website. I created graphics to use for social media and email campaigns. I spent time each month researching trends in the fitness industry to provide followers with the most up-to-date and relevant information.

As the career counselor for the adult education program in three counties, I prepare and enroll students in high school equivalency diploma classes and/or certification courses. I spend time meeting with the students to understand their current employment situation and together with WorkOne, we decide how best to serve their needs and to create attainable career goals. The position requires great organizational skills to keep track of sensitive student data and maintain an ever-changing schedule. I also work with people of all ages and walks of life, so I am required to be flexible, open-minded, and compassionate in order to provide educational opportunities to all who walk through our doors. In addition to my career counselor duties, I provide marketing materials to promote our classes and encourage new students to come in. I create flyers, brochures, and manage social media platforms.
