Masters Thesis: Investigation of BTEX levels in the urban environment of Heraklion, Crete, Greece.Conducting research on the concentrations of BTEX (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene) in the urban atmosphere, using gas chromatography equipped with a PID (photoionization detector). This study aims to assess air quality, identify pollution sources, and contribute to environmental management strategies.

As part of the “Analytical Chemistry Laboratory II” undergraduate course; I teach the GC-FID analytical technique to undergraduate students and supervise them while they conduct an experiment with said technique.
