-Client Consultation: Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs.-Job Posting and Advertising: Creating compelling job descriptions and posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms.-Candidate Sourcing: Proactively searching for qualified candidates through resume databases, networking, and referrals.-Screening and Assessment: Conducting thorough candidate screenings, initial interviews and skills assessments, to shortlist the most suitable candidates.-Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback.-Candidate Presentation: Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients.-Offer Negotiation: Facilitating the offer process, including negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms.-Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs.-Market Research: Keeping abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
