- Lead and manage all plant operations to realize a competent profitability for the factory while developing continuous Improvement culture to achieve required production volumes defined by the planning team (BUM, SC & Sales), in compliance with quality standards and in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators (OEE).- Follow-up and ensure the availability of RWM & Packaging / FG with the warehouse’s supervisors.- Managing and coordinating with Production Manager and production engineers the daily production activities.- Cooperate with the QA to assure the proper ISO 9001 implementation.- Managing the maintenance & SHE activities with the resident engineer and technicians.- Coordinating with the SAAF Technical director and finance dept the aspects of monthly cost run for all products and recommend about pricing.

- Production planning and inventory control- Manage and coordinate with GM monthly MRP and sales movement & forecast to achieve monthly targets- coordinate with production engineers the daily production activates, maintenance and trainings- Production planning and inventory control- communicate with SC dept. and warehouse personnel to ensure raw materials and packaging items flow and availability- coordinate with Quality dept. to ensure the FG quality requirements
