- Recruit, train, hire, and supervise team of 3-5 student violence prevention educators to present on various topics related to the prevention of sexual violence, relationship violence, and stalking- Supervise 1 graduate assistant including development and practical support of special projects (e.g. masculinity roundtables, etc.)- Research and develop responsive curriculum to address the needs of campus community- Assess learning outcomes of all curricula provided by the Phoenix Center at Auraria to determine fit, relevance, and parity with the field- Conduct annual assessment of campus need and develop innovative programming to meet need- Chair campus-wide Outreach & Education committee to streamline collaborations across three institutions related to interpersonal violence prevention and awareness- Coordinate annual awareness raising programming around Stalking Awareness Month, Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and Sexual Assault Awareness Month including but not limited to the Red Flag Campaign and the Clothesline Project- Center anti-violence, sex-positivity, and anti-oppression in all materials, programs, and products- Manage and host The Phoenix Cast – a weekly podcast dedicated to all topics related to anti-violence included guest cultivation, pre-production, and deliveryo Honored by Pretty Progressives as a Top 20 Anti-Racist Podcast in 2021- Manage annual prevention budget of $10,000- Actively participate on planning committees for diverse programming across campus with a specific focus on the needs of marginalized communities - Serve as staff advisor for the “Sex Positive Society” - Serve on steering committee for search advocacy effort to bring equity to campus-wide hiring practices- Identify and cultivate diverse collaborative partnerships across campus - Provide advocacy services to survivors of interpersonal violence as needed - Assist Director with grant proposals, reports, and management
