Collecting data, working on holistic evaluation and reporting on impact. Alongside this, HR and Operational responsibilities include: creating and reviewing company policies and action plans, contracts and risk assessments; and introducing and managing new workflow management systems.

Working to reduce barriers to access in the arts and ensure that all of New Adventures' productions, activity and working practices are as open and accessible to as many people as possible. Leading on the coordination of accessible performances and digital content; working to embed inclusive working practices; and programming training and learning opportunities on a range of EDI topics. Data collection and analysation both supports this existing work and informs further progress.

Good Mourning Earth @ Tate Modern:For this project, I coordinated relaxed and accessible hours for craft and movement workshops for Cecilia Vicuna's Brain Forest Quipu in the Turbine Hall which included BSL interpreted hours and a visual guide. This project also included two performances choreographed by Dance Artist Vidya Patel, for which I coordinated audio description and integrated BSL.

Paines Plough is a new writing touring theatre company. As Trainee Administrator, my responsibilities include the processing and raising of invoices; organising rehearsal room bookings; reconciling petty cash and company credit cards; collating and responding to unsolicited script submissions; updating the website; greeting all visitors; being the first point of contact via email, phone and in person; and much more. During Edinburgh Fringe, I helped to manage our Visitor Services Team, ensuring that all patrons at our Roundabout venue had a good experience. This included: ensuring everyone was comfortable and familiar with their job and updating the VS Team during daily briefings; assisting in selling play texts after each show and distributing flyers; keeping the team motivated and energetic during long days.

The Student Success Department at King's ensures that all students get the most out of their time at university through meaningful collaboration with staff. As a Student Feedback Intern, I used corpus linguistic methods and AntConc software to analyse the qualitative feedback (written comments) from final year students in the National Student Survey (NSS) and Post-graduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES). Following initial analysis and working with the other three interns to decide the most valuable way to present our findings, I subsequently drafted summary reports for various faculties so that they could use the findings to improve their practices.

Fundraising and Supporter Development Department.Calling alumni for university fundraising, consent calling, and thanking. Building my own cases for support for each campaign. Processing one-off and regular direct debit donations, including explaining and applying Gift Aid. Also calling previous donors for hospital fundraising for Guy's and St Thomas' Trust hospitals (Guy's, St Thomas', and Evelina Children's).
