As a young and enthusiastic professional with a business and growth mindset, I am dedicated to pursuing opportunities that allow me to make a meaningful impact. With a B.S. in Special Education from BYU and a current Master's student at SUU, I possess a strong foundation of knowledge and skills that have allowed me to excel in a range of roles.I have gained valuable experience over the past 5 years as a leader in the Chick-fil-A North American Pointe organization, where I have honed my skills in customer service, team management, and operations. During my time at Chick-fil-A, I have consistently been recognized for my exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.My achievements in the organization include leading a team that achieved record-high sales during a particularly challenging period and transforming an understaffed restaurant team into a high-performing and well-staffed unit by implementing effective hiring strategies, refining training programs, and fostering a culture of care, collaboration, and accountability. I am passionate about using my skills and experience to drive success and growth in any organization that I am a part of.
