As a Senior Graphic Designer at FOCUS, I lead the design of digital and print materials that support the mission, including assets for the national SEEK conference. I collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency and create impactful visuals. My role includes overseeing design projects, mentoring junior designers, and using creative solutions to engage and inspire our audience.

Created engaging graphic design content and supported digital marketing efforts to advance FOCUS’ mission of evangelizing college students. Responsibilities include designing promotional materials, assisting with email campaign design, and updating internal documents and formation materials.

Led a team of missionaries to inspire and empower college students to deepen their faith and live out the Gospel on a brand new FOCUS campus location. Managed team strategy, mentorship, and campus outreach to foster a culture of discipleship. Partnered with campus ministers to build a vibrant Catholic community and organized impactful events such as virtual SEEK.

Mentored college students in faith through discipleship, Bible studies, and leadership training. Organized mission trips to Belize, Mexico, and Peru fostering service and spiritual growth. Planned retreats, events, and outreach initiatives while empowering students to live as missionary disciples.
