Allocation Analyst (4%/Bonds Lead)
Current• Assists with tax credit funding cycle planning, application intake, application review, quality control, tracking, and funding awards administration, specifically coordinating Georgia's 4% Bonds/HTC Competitive Round.• Analyzes LIHTC application and program trends, volume of funding source availability, and possible funding scenarios.• Researches and provides input on Qualified Allocation Plan and other affordable housing state policy improvements.• Coordinates internship program by providing trainings, assigning/delegating tasks, directly managing several of the interns.• Collaborates with DCA staff on annual updates to DCA documents, such as manuals and forms.• Develops Emphasys application and other related application materials.• Creates materials for presentations and memoranda to Office and Division Directors, DCA executive leadership, and external partners.• Other tasks in support of the Allocation Manager, Office of Housing Finance Director, and Housing Finance and Development Division Director.
