• Conduct recruiting at site (Assistant survey, Cleaner, Drivers, Worker).• Provide registration and orientation for new employees.• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed before send to head.• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.• Answer employees’ queries about Compensation and Benefit section.• Obtaining all letters (leaves, resignation, benefit, clarified salary, relocated, etc.) and send to head.• Ensuring all company’s equipment are convenient and comfortable for daily use.• Manage the stationary items (Office, Security, Cleaner, Chief) for all staff’s need.• Prepare making requisition for stationary items every 2 months.• Organize the maintaining service for department’s request. • Monitor the canteen and office are hygiene and healthy for staffs.• Provide administrative support activities to all departments.
