I have worked in care since I was 17. I have worked in the hospital environment, in the mental health sector and then i found my feet working with adults with physical disabilities. During my time at my current work place I have done as much as deemed possible. I have done Tracheostomy training, PEG training, Phlebotomy. I have achieved my manual handling skills instructor position. I managed rotas and annual leave and managing agency until this was given to the new deputy manager. I am responsible for doing staff supervisions and appraisals. Leading a team and working alongside the nursing team. I love a challenge, and will always better myself when possible.
