Paid facilitation of weekly study sessions for junior tertiary students. Role was offered to two senior students nationally, who had a track record of considerable academic achievement and excelled in the relevent science subject (BIOH111 - Human Biology 1). Duties included thorough topic revision, creation of study materials, exercises and session planning, and directing one hour study sessions for between two and eight junior students at a time, weekly. Peer mentoring and sharing of effective study techniques were at the forefront of the role, with attendees achieveing higher assessment marks than those who did not engage with the opportunity (demonstrated by internal college surveys and analysis of marks achieved by the cohort).

Part time work during my tertiary studies within an established Organics and Health Foods Shop in Eltham VIC.Working diligently within a closely-knit community of passionate and health-oriented staff, my responsibilities included:- Autonomously managing the store three days a week. This entailed efficiently ordering stock from suppliers, conducting accurate stocktakes, processing invoices, setting prices, creating new products in Vend, and ensuring the neat display of stock.- Providing personalized recommendations of health products to customers based on their unique needs and preferences, resulting in high sales success and the establishment of strong customer relationships.- Serving as the sole point of contact for customers and concurrently supervising and mentoring junior staff.- Promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and requests.
