Manage a team of software and infrastructure engineers for large I.T. professional services consultative projects. Design, deliver, and lead a $33MM DataOps systems modernization on the MS Azure platform including mesh technology and its applications: data integration, data governance, data quality, data security, data lineage, data cataloging, data discovery, data access, data sharing, and data collaboration. Partner with government agencies. Due to criminal justice, FBI, and DOJ data, leveraged previous top-secret clearance. Product is revenue producing for the clients. I led the development of new products to support the 4.0 IoT Smart Industrial initiative including the move to IAM provision for improved security. I defined and documented business and technical requirements for Identity and Access Management systems, including requirements for authentication, Single Sign-on, authorization and directory service. Led a $20MM dollar budget and managed a 35-person team reporting to the V.P. of Information Services.
