Responsible for leading and overseeing the intake, billing, and operation function of Florida Hospital Respiratory and Equipment (FHRE), a leading provider of home medical equipment and respiratory services, comprised of nearly 50 employees. Ensure all compliance and operational guidelines are followed and met, including AHCA, Joint Commission, and Medicare. Consistently identify, analyze and implement new programs, revenue opportunities, and areas for improvement. Including: the Continuum Program, a partnership with Florida Hospital and Deroyal Orthopedics, that brought an additional $30K of revenue per month to FHRE; streamlined the company's cpap resupply program and nearly doubled the amount of patients served and revenue earned; and worked with FHRE to recruit and retain talented people over the last year, to bring a company that was losing a million dollars a year back to profitability. • Develop, support, and promote student organization development and leadership education• Supervise a graduate assistant working with student organizations and the student organization funding system • Co-advise the LEAD Team (a group of 10 students that oversee over 140 student organizations)• Manage and distribute four budgets (LEAD Team, Fox Funds, Immersion, and Leadership)• Advise the National Society of Leadership and Success • Manage Rollins College section of OrgSync (a website for student organizations)

• Provided educational mentors, Monday through Friday, for the children in the after-school program at the Winter Park Community Center in Hannibal Square. • Planned various events, activities, and field trips throughout the year to further the students' education outside of school. • Served as a planning and programming liaison for Rollins College in order to help students, faculty, and staff find and develop service projects to engage in and implement at the Community Center.

• Organize and manage all contracts with drug wholesalers. • Ensure price accuracy for all contracted drugs. • Help construct and facilitate new contracts with drug wholesalers. • Help build CoOp by strengthening membership, which eventually lead to a better pricing matrix for the entire company, saving significant costs.• Helped start a company to manage and expand the CoOp called Pro Cure Consulting, Inc., which grew the CoOp into a large-scaled Group Purchasing Organization.
