With over 13 years of experience in the telecom industry, I am a seasoned professional who leads the devices partnership management and retail operations at Mobily, one of the largest mobile network operators in Saudi Arabia. My mission is to create value for the company and its customers by establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with device manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, and by overseeing the performance and profitability of the retail branches across the country.As the section head of devices partnership management, I leverage my strong business negotiation skills to secure the best deals and contracts with device partners, ensuring the availability, affordability, and quality of the devices offered by Mobily. I also manage the inventory, logistics, and distribution of the devices, and coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to launch and promote new devices and offers. As the executive branch manager, I lead and support a team of branch supervisors and sales executives, who are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with Mobily's policies and standards. I monitor and evaluate the branch operations, identify and resolve issues, and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I am passionate about driving new business development and enhancing the customer experience through innovative and cost-effective solutions.
