1 إعداد خطة مراجعة قبل بداية العام بشهر على الأقل وعلى أن تعتمد من قبل الإدارة.2 متابعة تنفيذ كافة قرارات مجلس الإدارة والتأكد من تنفيذها.3 التأكد من سلامة تنفيذ إجراءات الرقابة الداخلية لكافة أقسام المؤسسة.4 رفع تقرير للمدير العام للمؤسسة وللإدارة العليا بكافة الملاحظات التي ظهرت أثناء عملية المراجعة وعلى أن يراعى ما يلي:- - أن يكون التقرير دقيق الكتابة بحيث لا يحمل أكثر من معنى. - أن تكون التوصيات قابلة للتطبيق.5 التأكد بعد المراجعة من عدم وجود أخطاء في العمليات التي تم إدخالها وترحيلها سواء أكانت ذو تأثير هام أم لا إلى الحسابات المالية بالمؤسسة والرفع للمدير العام بالأخطاء إن وجدت.6 رفع التقارير الدورية للمدير العام والتي توضح المخالفات التي قد تحدث ونقاط الضعف الموجودة في إجراءات الرقابة الداخلية والتي تكتشف عن طريق المراجعة المستندية والتي تسبب خسارة مالية للمؤسسة في حالة تكبدها.7 إجراء التعديل على قيد اليومية العامة الموجود به الخطأ والمطلوب تعديله وعلى أن يوضح الخطأ كتابياً فوق القيد نفسه والتعديل المطلوب على البيانات أيضاً ويعتمد التعديل المطلوب من كل من : -- رئيس الحسابات.- المدير المالي.- المراجع الداخلي.- مدير المؤسسة.يرفق القيد القديم الذي به الخطأ والموضح عليه مقترح التعديل والمعتمد من المسئولين المذكورين أعلاه مع القيد الجديد المعدل.8 اخذ نسخ من تقارير الإدارات الدورية لمتابعتها وتصحيح الانحرافات إن وجدات.
