Utilize and launch New Products, services and Feature Needed for Business through ATM Digital Channel.Deploy fixes and patches made by us or provided by the vendor to production after testing it in UAT environment and coordinate with QA team for completion of testing.Work closely with vendors to achieve highest compatibility in new services with current ATM HW and SW.Monitor the ATM fleet (+115 ATMs) operation 24/7 to reduce down time of ATM services.Solve any issue in a timely manner including post office hours and holidays.Manage outsource team during new roll-outs and maintenance visits and provide on-site support if needed.Coordinate and provide on-call support and problem resolution for ATM issues according to the agreed SLA also including post office hours and holidays.Maintain an updated inventory of all ATMs including HW, SW, Installed Devices, GIS information and available services on it.Make sure that operating system is up to date in regards of security fixes.Manage projects related to ATMs from it’s vary beginning to the launch on production.Some of successfully finished projects on ATMs channel:- Upgrade ATM fleet from BWAC 4.1 to BWAC 5.1.- Upgrade ATM fleet from BWAC 5.1 to BWAC 5.3.- Upgrade ATM fleet OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and from BWAC 5.1 to BWAC 5.4 (Undergoing).- Upgrade ATM fleet solid core security application (undergoing).- Upgrade Antivirus on ATMs from the Endpoint version to embedded version (Undergoing).- Adding offline cheque deposit service on ATMs.- Adding barcode scanner for bills on ATMs (Undergoing).- Adding Document Printing for statement request on ATMs (Undergoing).- Adding NFC on ATMs (Undergoing).
