• Directs, coordinates and supervises the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and modification of the plants generators, motors, transformer& ATS & UPS systems, Integrated Protection, Control systems, variable speed drives, boilers, compressors, chillers, R.O. water station, HVAC system and Autoclaves, BFS machines ( ROMMELAG 360M,312M,460M) ,large volume solutions machines,injection machines (Arburg and Nessi). • Direction and support in the preventive, corrective, troubleshooting, shutdown, major and minor maintenance activities.• Main challenges are to ensure the availability, reliability of electrical system/equipment’s, in view of equipment age, obsolescence & safety stock of spear parts &preparing offers and placing the purchasing orders. • Improving speed of diagnosis & rectification of machines efficiency, so as to reduce downtime.• Directs, coordinates and supervises the installation, maintenance, repair, trouble shooting and modification of electrical equipment, control panels, production machines,packing and lablling machines.• Provides technical advice and guidance on all related maintenance works. • Participates in the preparation of maintenance programs, investigating modification and new project proposals. • Examines equipment performance and provides recommendations to enhance maintainability and to minimize maintenance costs, ensuring that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.
