*Edit, draft online content and write articles in Arabic on current issues that are published on Masrawy.com when necessary.*Manage and mentor a team of at least 70 web editors and freelance journalists and translators. Establish key performance indicators for the content team to be able to evaluate their performance.*Develop and execute online content strategies and work plans in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer and the content team.*Train and assist editors with a range of writing tasks and editorial work, especially story development and planning by conducting background researches and analyses. *Give training sessions to editors on writing for the web techniques and on Arabic language common errors.*Review Arabic language sites owned by the company before they go live to ensure they follow standards and guidelines relating to design, site organization, technical and legal policies, and content management.*Maintain awareness of the latest developments in the web technology, tools, and techniques.
