working in Alfanar precast as a Sales and Marketing and Contracts Manager since April 09 until now job responsibilities as following:*In charge of Alfanar precast presentation with all clients showing the abilities and the advantages of my firm through detailed explanation for the equipments and the resumes for the key persons.*Responsible of updating the pre-qualification documents and add the consultants certificates and the best photos for the handed over projects .*Inviting all class A contractors and VIP consultants and main clients to visit the factory and meet Alfanar stuff closely.*Responsible of certifying my firm with main clients like ARAMCO,Saudi electricity Company,SWCC,ROYAL COMMISION,SABIC and MAADEN.*Making the contracts with all terms of payment conditions for all clients.*CUSTOMR CARE CENTER in charge of reaching the satisfaction of all clients through all stages starting from signing the contract ending with the handing over certificates.

 In charge of the construction sites and responsible for the construction of pre-cast concrete structures that includes different activities such as survey, erection, alignment, grouting, internal and external finishing. Responsible of the co-ordination between the pre-cast plant and the site in order to fulfill the site requirements, this includes the co –ordination with the production and the dispatch. Responsible for the Handing –over the projects to the clients. In charge of all ISO decoumentations for site activites such as survay reports and NCR and daily erection activities. Presenting QANBAR DYWIDAG in all meetings with clients to discuss the progress at site and over all time schedules.Projects and Accomplishments: Aldabal compound (44 two stories villas&16 three stories apartment&3 stories admin. Building&2 stories community center). JIC &JTI ROYAL COMMISION housing (112 two stories villas). SAUDI ARAMCO plant in khorasaniyah (18 buildings, full frame and cladding panels). Full frame mosque in Saudi army forces post. BECHTEL residential area for top management (11 five stories apartment building). 3 full frame substations in SHARQ (SABIC). 4 full frame substations in BERRI PALNT (ARAMCO). 7 full frame substations in SAUDI KAYAN (SABIC).
