Saudi Arabia – Qurayyah-II Power Plant (QPPCC). Scope of work:  GE-Site lead for commissioning & startup of combined cycle DCS sys. The control system has 11 MKVIe TMR systems in every generation BLK. QPPCC power plant that has a total FIVE generation BLK’s. The generation block consists of three (7FA)- GTs + Three Doosan HRSG + One GE Steam Turbine. Represent GE in all site meetings with customers and lead GE internal weekly conference calls. Saudi Arabia –Bisha Power Plan Retrofit.Scope of work:  Lead the commissioning & start-up retrofit project for turbine control and EX2000 for BBC GTs (two units Frame 9D & two units Frame 11D). Resolving software problems on FSR controls and start-up sequence. Implementation of dead bus closing logic for 52G & 52L breakers done on site. Lead the MKVIe-DCS installation, commissioning & startup containing AGC servers for LDC monitor and control.Awards Award and recognition letters from GE Global Managers and Service Leads for successful completion of control retrofit that created the opportunity for more business in the similar non-GE GTs One night out award from GE Global Lead Engineer for completing the first BCC GTs retrofits project in the region.

Used Modsoft software for programming in level one, ECS software for level two, and SmartTools (from FLS-Automation) as generation software for macro objects. SUEZ Cement Company:Engineering and startup of GE Fanuc 90-30 PLCs for: KILN, CALCINER burner, & pumping Station plus redundancy Modbus communication linkABB Master® Piece) DCS) Two Shutdown systems (ESD) In TALKHA for Fertilizing:Engineering and startup for 90-70 (Hot Standby) GE Fanuc PLCs, BIU for distributed I/O , Cimplicity Plant edition software , and three Quick Panel (MMI) connected by genius bus network. The ESD system controlled five compressor turbines for CO2, NH3, and utility. AMREYAH Cement projects: Retrofit for two limestone crushers and Belt Conveyers using: Cimplicity HMI servers, three GE 90-30 PLCs with expansions racks, and SNP multi drop protocol. The average I/O was 550 signals per PLC.New installation for PMCS and Lighting Control systems in Luxer Airport: Engineering and startup of Schneider PLC’s (Quantum hot standby system) in level one and Monitor-Pro software V5.5 for HMI servers. Modbus plus communication protocols were used for network. The average numbers of I/O signals about 3500 signals/system. Complete the SCADA link between LUXER & ASWAN Airports.ESD system in Platform B for Suez Oil Company (SOCO):Engineering, commissioning, and startup for ESD system in Ras-Fannar Platform B using Duplex system and MMI touch screen panel from GE-Fanuc. The average I/O was 450 signals.Control System Al-muthanna Cement Plant ( IRAQ ):Retrofit for 7 PLCs that control line-2 from old Modicon AEG to Quantum PLC.United company for casting and heat treatment Engineering and startup for heat treatment production line using junior-software and Premium PLCs from Schneider. Utilized HMI servers having Monitor Pro V7&SQL with three-viewer station.
