Responsible for all HR Operations issues for the entire group doing the following:o Making the payroll from A to Z.o Recording leaves and getting reports.o Handling attendance and leaves via Automated Card machines.o Issuing and sending warning letters.o Applying labor law on absenteeism and lateness.o Handling all medical insurance concerns.o Keeping all employees files and filing issues.o Provide information about employees -from their files- to the entire company.o Filing all documents.o Handling all resignation forms completing all documents and giving employees their personal documents.o handling contract Renewals & Get the employment contracts signed and stamped and give the employees their copies.o Responsible for social insurance issuing Form 1, Form 2 & Form 6.o Handling overtime issues.o Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.o Handling Job Analysis And JD.

Responsible for Employees Files and Documents Archiving.Perform Social Insurance Office visits to deliver and receive Forms, 1, 2, and 6 and to handle are related Issues. Update Employees’ Database Daily “General and S.I databases”. Organize the Onboarding process and receive and review Hiring Documents and getting Contracts and Form 1 signed. Organize the Clearance process with all related Documents. Responsible for Contract Renewal Process. Sending through Post Office all Official Letters related to Employees’ Warnings,Work Permits, and Announcements.
