Work closely with the CEO and senior management team to develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and revenue/expense analysis.Lead and guide the financial operations of the organization to ensure alignment of financial activities with organizational goals.Oversee and manage the annual financial audit. Ensure strong operational and financial controls and that the highest levels of integrity and transparency are maintained.Manage finance, banking and cash flow to ensure protection of assets, liquidity and efficient operations.Evaluate, develop, implement and lead an effective annual budget process, working closely with the CEO and other senior management; oversee the development, updates and regular assessment of the organizational budget and multi-year financial forecast.Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.Administration and HR ResponsibilitiesGeneral management overview for centrally provided HR, Logistics operation and shipment importing and clearance.Setting up and direct Administration department Including (Developing organizational policies - Hiring and training administrative staff - Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors - Maintaining corporate relationships - Review and update employment contracts and agreements - Coordinate employee training and development initiatives)Lead HR projects and administration, pensions and payroll activities of the company compensation plans revisions.
