- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. - Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation- Preparing progress sheets are shown project status per (Week –Bi-Week -Month).- Preparing monthly report including all further details about the project status.- Preparing Quarter Year report including all further details about the project status for Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and Ministry of Housing (MOH).- Preparing a monthly report showing the monthly target for the project & the obstacles that facing the target by the owner to be solved.-Supervision for architecture finishing, interior and exterior work-Design and review for architectural design drawings and shop drawings.-Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.-Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.-Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadlines. -Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.-Responsible about progress for all items.-Making coordination between several items to push the work progress and avoid any conflict. - Liaising with the owner, consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors andthe general workforce involved in the project.-Inspecting subcontractors activities on site and provide records (Finishing, Interiors and ExteriorWork).- Coordination between electro-mechanical trades and interior finishing works. -Documenting all inspections, problems, delays, claims, damages by others or similar itemsrelated or affecting the construction.-Performing quantity take-off for several items and Issuing supporting documents for sub-contractors invoices.

Saudi Arabia

- Supporting the engineering team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.- Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies.- Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.- Monitoring processes, workers, and methods, and developing plans for increased efficiency.- Conducting required research and developing best practices.-Coordinating with other Engineers and crew members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule.- Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.

Saudi Arabia

- Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes, or structures.- Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.- Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.- Establishing project goals.- Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.- Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.- Participating in site visits.- Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.- Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents.- Consulting with clients on building projects.
