Firm Manager
Current- Manage and supervise a diverse team of employees, including immigration consultants, support staff, and operational personnel.- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines across all departments.- Oversee and coordinate the operations of all departments within the agency, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.- Develop and implement standard operating procedures across departments to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.- Foster collaboration and communication among departments to ensure streamlined processes and seamless client service.- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional customer service.- Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues, providing strategic advice and counsel to resolve immigration-related matters.- Manage financial resources for the agency, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenditures.- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to generate financial reports and provide insights for decision-making.- Liaise with legal advisors in the countries where the agency provides services, maintaining regular communication and ensuring compliance with local immigration laws and regulations.- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations in relevant countries and communicate necessary updates to the organization.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the agency's market position, increase revenue, and expand service offerings.- Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term plans, set goals, and align departmental objectives with the overall agency's vision.- Implement risk management strategies and controls to minimize legal and reputational risks.- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations and ensure the agency's practices align with the latest requirements.
