•Follow and Updating Integrated Management System for El-Rashidi El-Mizan Confectionery Co. to be certified with HACCP system BRC, ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:2007, ISO 22000:2005.• Monitoring Quality activities for all required management/Technical standard for EL-Rashidi EL-Mizan. • Establish a complete and detailed Quality Control plan for all products. • Responsible for Audit process • Responsible for quality assurance activity as Technical topics and standards as which is related to Food safety as mentioned above in Quality assurance management.• To manage and ensure effective regulation of and compliance with the REM Integrated Management system (REMMS).• Organizing, and developing the QMS, FSMS and EMS auditing and it's all activities. • Establishing Integrated Management System (REMMS) for El-Rashidi El-Mizan Co. to monitor quality & integrity management system of the Corporation's REM plants in Egypt, and Sudan• Verifying the effectiveness of IMS through System / Process internal Quality Audits and FSMS Verifications.• Perform Statistical analysis to identify data discrepancies and determine error rates.• Follow up implementation for:-• Corrective and preventive actions. • Control of non-conformance materials and production.• SHE system. • Follow up CCP'S, OPRP'S and PRP'S verification. • Monitoring Export Process & Loading• Verification & Assessment “Food safety, Quality, OHSAS” Processes• Investigate and analyze Customer Complaints route cause and follow up the corrective action taken.• Statistics analysis for Returned Product, Supplier Evaluation, Exporting loading, Food safety Checklist, Q.C checklist, Laboratories Results, Safety Results, Process performance.• Work with operations team to assure compliance to specifications and on design/process improvement.
