 Quality Manager: divided into the following activities:  Resource Management -Plan, forecast, and allocate resources adequately to ensure maximum utilization and timely availability -Coach and support about 17 team members across different accounts in technical issues, challenges, and problems -Build capability inside the Quality Team -Provide strategic direction for the Quality Area  Quality Project management -Identify technical risks and support Project Leaders in developing Risk Management Plan -Monitor project planning and tracking activities -Manage testing phases to ensure quality of applications -Ensure conformance with quality assurance processes within projects  Vertical/account manager -Responsible for all projects in a certain account or a vertical from the quality perspective -Review estimates for complex proposals within account/business domain  Quality technical consultancy: -Provide test management consultation for technical and business issues and recommend solutions -Consider new testing tools and opportunities of improve  Quality Assurance activities: -Manage the ISO and CMMI assessments from the quality perspectives -Participated many times in ISO assessments and its renew -Participated more than 5 times in the CMMI Level 2 and Level 3 assessments and the renewal for level 3. -Conduct technical inspection audits to ensure that the quality team follows the organization processes

-Develop, implement, and test global campus program that provides distance learning-Leading the testing team-Develop test cases -Support and supervise quality engineers-Execute test cases and complete execution status document-Execute regression testing before any milestone

-Review requirements doc-Prepare test cases-Execute test cases- Perform ad hoc testing and tests most complex parts of systemsEnsure conformance to quality assurance processes within project-Coach and support team members in technical issues, challenges, and problems
