Strategic consulting for new Medical Companies who would like to penetrate ME & NA, including Macro & Micro market study. Setting business plans, sales & Marketing strategy development plans as well as training and coaching for newly hired staff

Providing consultations on business in ME Markets, distributor search and MD registration services. Managing directly the Egyptian subsidiary of Emergobyul and developing new subsidiaries in the entire ME for Emergo Group.

In this position, I led a team of 160 employees to excel and achieve company goals & strategy approved by the board. Also I'd developed the entire hirarchy of the company to include several fucntions that were not available before my time like HR, Admin, IT,..etc. Created 2 new branches & hired new teams who added incremental 10% direct sales. Set the goals and sales targets to increase sales by 15% in one year which has been done. Applied new company policies for finance and stock control. Appointed specialized outsourced consultants to start a new website for the company and corporate Entity & logo. Elevated the company's employees knowledge and empowered the company portfolio.

Direct responsibility for sales and marketing of the division. Applied the company strategy & developed the market share in 6 month. Increased sales by 15% for the following 4 lines: Cardiopulmonary, Cardiac Surgery, Cardiac Assist & Vascular Intervention for the entire ME.

Responsible of all sales and service as well as marketing and Scientific activity for Cardiac assist products and vascular Grafts

During that period I was completely managing the entire ME & Eastern Africa including Turkey and Iran as well. Also for long time the Indian sub-continent was part of my territory.I was responsible for all sales, marketing and promotion activity of Datascope Patient Monitoring. Hiring distributors, training, coaching and motivating their staff were part of my responsibilities. Moreover, I was too much concerned of creating a long list of loyal customers based on a strong business relationship to support the market share growth. during this period I was able to grow the market share for Datascope PM up to 40% where before my time Datascope was struggling to penetrate the ME.
