As a TL of cloud operations team, responsible for architect, automation, optimization of Govt. applications for millions of users hosted at On-Premises Cloud infrastructure.Responsibilities:• Solution architect designing of applications.• Scaling of heavily trafficked applications.• Regular patch management.• Managing OS templates, performance tuning, security.• Experience with Apache, Nginx, php-fpm, MySQL, Mongodb and their scaling.• Troubleshooting cloud operational issues. • Developing CI/CD road map and implementing to the project Automation with Jenkins.• Disaster planning and implementing strategies to minimize the service down time and loss of customer’s precious data.

Worked in close collaboration with the Level II Data-Center Cloud Ops team, the focus is on providing cloud-based solutions encompassing Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). Simultaneously, the aim is to deliver technical support to end users, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operational services.Responsibilities:• Providing server-side support to end users.• Maintenance and Monitoring of cloud platform.• Provisioning of VM(s) for virtualization-based customers.• Managing proxies to protect servers from potential attacks.• Technical guidance to clients on the services they have acquired.• Ensuring consistent backups of clients' data to facilitate recovery in the event of data loss.• Collaborating with senior IT professionals to provide suitable cloud solutions to end entities.• Implementing SSL on various platforms such as NGINX proxy, webservers to enforce encryption.• Developing Bash Scripting and Ansible automation to streamline manual tasks and reduce workload.
