* Government / Institutional Liaisons: •Get close communication channels with Members of Government and any other regulatory bodies such as GOIEC, Customs, MOH, NNI, NTRA, Ministry of Trade, Economic Department etc. to get Products listed and provide smooth Import customs clearance procedures.•Being updated with the new regulations / changes related to the Importing Customs Clearance procedures and Product Compliance regulations of Egypt Market, and ensure on time feedback on the same with clients.* Freight Management: •Manage / follow up and monitor Shipping Agencies' performance as agreed service level agreements.•Up to date with the ports situation (Egypt ports / WW ports), as well as routes from WW ports up to Egypt, and evaluate the potential risks, and ways to avoid / quarantine such risks.* Shipment Clearances:•Work on reducing the clearance lead time to the minimum.•Explore opportunities / solutions for easier / faster clearance of imports into Egypt.•Managing multiple Customs Brokerage / Lab Testing Agencies for expediting the Clearance processes.•Responsible for having the required documents / certificates to ensure smooth Customs clearance.•Ensure easy landing of products without any problems, and with shortest time.•Cross Functional Coordination: •Coordinate with Finance department for providing all supporting data for analysis and vouchers for smooth payments •Coordinate with Warehouse, and provide them with shipments / volumes updates on time for arrangement with warehouse.* Personnel: •Train, guide, motivate and secure a good environment to my subordinate, to do his job efficiently.

- Leads, motivates and supervises a team of import and export fright and customs clearance specialists (OF, AF, RF)- Drives performance improvement of import specialists to achieve KPIs.- Prioritize and delegates work tasks among team members.- Collaborates with different departments to ensure smooth related process flow.- Train import and export specialists for different products OF, AF, RF and customs clearance.- Provide Order acceptance for all orders received from CS team.

Port Said

- Handling, supervising and managing all export and import shipments in Port said branch.- Following management, and middle management orders- On time feedback and reaction to clients requests, problems, and needs- Customer service and problem solving. Processing all shipments documents (export and import)- Achieving negotiations with carriers over special freight rates contracts.- Reporting to Port Said branch manager and regional operations manager.

Port Said

- Handling import freight worldwide to different Egyptian ports. - Pass any instructions from clients to our agents & update clients with available information.- Request rates from agents & shipping lines to provide sales department with updated pricing sheet in order to quote clients- Implementing a confident database of agents by searching & collecting as much reliable agents - Scheduling and reporting the routing orders received from the clients.- General monitoring over the shipping flow of both air & ocean imported shipments- Reporting directly to general manager on daily basis.
