Duties: • Tendering:  Searching for Suitable tenders. Tender Studies (Site investigation, estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility). Proposal representing.• Creating a BIM model for the project (from scratch: sometimes from paper hard copy drawings or pdf files).• Drafting Workshop Drawings.• Quantity Surveying.• Material submittals.• Managing and supervising of structural and architectural work processes.• Preparing for electrical and mechanical requirements.• Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub-contractors and other third parties.• Allocating roles, responsibilities and production activities within the team. • Ensuring the workmanship quality.• Calculating and preparing Bills of Quantities for several work Items.• Liaising with consulting engineers, client, and stakeholders.
