Duties:- Monitoring of Shipment and checking COC PCOC .- Review all Requests in SABAR Platform and FASEH SYSTEM Platform form SFDA.- Check the shipping documents (export invoices, packing list, final invoices certified by the Chambers of Commerce, bill of lading, certificate of origin and other documents related to the shipment) such as goods documents arriving in Riyadh and shipped from China to France.- Prepare any reports requested by the Executive Board or the Director of the Conformtiy Department.- Review technical designs (Art work) and make notes if errors.

Duties:- Detailed monitoring of production from the beginning of the project to its completion and arrival at the warehouse.- Review all project invoices and cash transfers paid to suppliers.- Check the shipping documents (export invoices, packing list, final invoices certified by the Chambers of Commerce, bill of lading, certificate of origin and other documents related to the shipment) such as goods documents arriving in Riyadh and shipped from China to France.- Assistance in the preparation of performance indicator reports KPI.- Prepare any reports requested by the Executive Board or the Director of the Control Department.- Review technical designs (Art work) and make notes if errors.- Review the application of procedures and policies in the Purchase Department.- Assistant CEO in some tasks.
