I'm Responsible for :■ Study the Work flow of information For any Food and beverage restaurants or cafes and begin with analysis their Data Flow Diagram .■ Determine system requirements from Hardware (Point of sales ,servers,Printers,Kitchen Display) and software ( Point of sale , Tablet POS , Head office, Delivery Call center, Digital Menu Board,Warehouse) . ■ Data Collection and Building Data Base ( Collecting the Data and build product recipes and their costs )■ manage system Backup and restore DB ■ Technical Support 24/7 for any issues ■ Certified with PAR PixelPoint Professional (PPCP) and PixelPoint enterprise professional (PPCEP)■ Train all Employee levels (Cashier - Shift manager - Store manager - Inventory manager -owner) for all System functionality ■ Demonstrate all system features apply a Demo for a lot of expected customers ■ Installation and Configuration of client PCs, Application server, Database server ■ Plan and Maintain system DB backup that automatically send its sales and inventory usage reports to the next level to review all data immediately ■ Troubleshoot and respond to system problems/requests by providing detailed resolutions to supported customers ■ Make product testing process.■ Work effectively with other support teams and help Desk team to resolve customer issues regarding fast respond, reliability and availability.■ Provide updates of implementation progress and challenges to the team leader on a regular basis.■ Conduct the application training, database and application configurations matching between the customer needs and the application standard as well as providing effective on site “Live Coverage” to the required standard.
