Emad’s sectoral experience is infrastructure (particularly power generation, transmission, and renewables) and agri-commodity production and trading including high-risk soft commodities such as cocoa, coffee, and cashew with a particular focus on supply chain risk management.In accordance with IFC performance standards, Emad’s experience includes performing environmental and social appraisals, developing environmental and social management systems, and undertaking environmental and social audits. In the energy domain, Emad has experience in developing energy assessments and feasibility studies for solar projects and was among the team of consultants providing energy and resources assessment services for the Green for Growth Fund (GGF) Partner Institutions in Egypt.
