• Assist Company manager and prepare reports on Machine Orders• Installation works for machine , pipe line and electrical wiring • Prepare Technical submittal and catalogue • Analyze all root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve same and implement all new process tools according to required order.• Coordinate with technicians and provide support to all teams and maintain quality of all work processes in systems.• Manage all communication with supervisors and ensure efficiency of all fabrication process and resolve all issues for processes.• Gantries and prepare detail drawings for all fabrication processes.• Prepare estimates and quotes for all supply materials and assist to fabricate all orders.• Plan all materials for products and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and administer product orders and ensure compliance to all timeframe for all fabricated products.• Provide support to all total maintenance programs • Monitors key performance indicators and initiates changes as required ensuring targets and product quality are achieved.• Participates with the operations team to ensure all safety, quality; operational and cost objectives are achieved.

- Develop plan of Roll Shop for Roll Grinding and Shot Blasting Machine.- Control consumption of consumables within budget.- Ensure training targets are achieved.- Develop maintenance standards for Roll Shop.- Utilize SAP to of material reservation function to control the spare parts stock To cut down the cost.- Conducted scientific Statistical analysis for the all types of the rolls led to a less damaged, healthy Rolls and operational cost below budget.- Improve equipment of Roll Shop to meet the optimum performance as designed by the manufacturer (Danieli).- Preparations of the ISO Work Instructions for the Roll Shop area.- Active participation in Roll failure analysis and Roll Life improvement.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and initiate changes as required ensuring targets are achieved.- Guarantee Rolls quality and meets cold rolling mill and galvanizing line requirements.
