- Handling various queries from customers and dealer regarding product.- To promote Nokia product at Care Center.- To look after Nokia phones & gear accessories sales.- Front desk customer consultancy and dealing with dealers.- To resolve customer issues regarding insurances of mobile phones.

-Customer Care and Good Responses and Solve customer Problems.-Checking all mobiles physically & maintain records.-Daily receiving & delivered handset records.-Prepare & submit monthly summarized detail of all mobile handset to Laboratory Manager.-Maintain account ledger, make Invoice’s and vouchers, and keep accordingly as per requirement.-Checking all mobiles physically.-Knowledge of Mobile Troubleshooting hardware & Software
