I am a faculty lecturer for the course Academic Development and Professional Practice where the focus is on academic writing and employment skills.

I worked with students offering information concerning university policy, academic counseling, and program planning. I answered questions, connected students to appropriate departments and resources, and performed outreach to students in order to help them successfully navigate their chosen programs. As part of my service to students, I frequently liaised with faculty and administrative departments in order to gather and disseminate relevant information. I was also chair of the Works Council for the company for two year. That role included salary and severance negotiations and working directly with the CEO on various employee issues. I was named one of five leaders of a team of managers and higher administration tasked with impacting employee projects. In that role, I faciltiated adding a free educational diploma option for employees and coordinating a significant employee impact Town Hall (broadcase to offices in 4 countries).
