As a Senior Operations Executive at Beam, I work with a social startup that supports homeless people and people at risk of homelessness into employment and housing. I coach people on career planning, as well as work to establish partnerships for training and employment opportunities. I have over three years of experience in operations and project management, social impact, and monitoring and evaluation, across different sectors and regions.Before joining Beam, I led the monitoring and evaluation of multiple programs at Junior Achievement Nigeria, a nonprofit that delivers experiential programs for young people's capacity development. I also co-founded and managed two fashion businesses, showcasing the cultural diversity and creativity of Africa. I am passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, and I am a member of the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC) and a graduate of the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) entrepreneurship program. My vision is to make a difference by contributing to national economic improvement and poverty reduction, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 5, and 8.
