Developed and implemented a communications and change strategy for the new department. Launched the management innovation hub in a highly risk-averse environment. Spearheaded the expansion of an innovative, grassroots culture change initiative originating in Geneva to New York and then globally.

It provided key information to stakeholders globally in a transparent and personalized manner in real time.
