Successfully completed 7 USACE complex projects for Afghanistan Transatlantic District with the value of 2 to 20 Million USD Supervised and managed a team of 10 civil, mechanical and electrical engineers for quality, quantity and safety inspection of USACE Projects Provided quality assurance and safety inspections for all construction related works including all site and lab tests Reviewed project specification, scope of work, technical requirements and other contract documents to ensure that the projects are going on according to the USACE requirements Coordinated between USACE and other implementing partners in project implementation and hosted the project progress meetings Worked as RMS/QCS operator Reviewed the contractors’ designs, drawings, submittals, schedules, RFIs, quality control plans, HSE plans, O&M and training manuals and as-built drawings for the projects Reviewed and approved monthly invoices for the projects with implementing partners Worked on project closeouts and performed all duties as construction management consultant Provided daily, weekly, monthly and annual report of projects
