- Developed and implemented a training program for rookie Sales Reps. The program included working directly with each rookie in the field assisting in training them in the area of sales, negotiating, and closing
- Played a key role in supporting and training our Sales Reps in the field helping drive our company goal of selling more in-depth to our existing customer base.
